A Remarkable Day at CACCWA's EEC Workshop in Delridge!

We are delighted to share that our workshop at the Southwest Youth and Family Center in Delridge on 10/20/23 was an educational success. Our session covered Basic Life Technology and Computer Basics, all accessible through your phones and laptops. In addition, we were honored to host a distinguished guest, a Seattle police officer, who graciously shared insights on personal safety and addressed questions regarding self-protection.

Safety and knowledge were the themes of the day, and the discussions were both enlightening and productive. Our gathering also featured a delightful spread of food, further fostering connections and conversations.

We wish to extend an invitation to our weekly workshops in Delridge throughout the months of October and November. If you, or someone you know, is interested in attending these educational events, please do not hesitate to reach out to us through our official email address at info@caccwa.org.

Your participation is highly valued, and we eagerly anticipate your presence at our future workshops.

Celebrating a Successful Business Resource Open House!

October 11 marked a remarkable day for CACCWA as we got to be a part of “The Business of Community” event at the Central Library, Seattle. In collaboration with the Seattle Public Library, We Sparkle, Beacon Business Alliance, and Hennepin County Library, it was a day filled with inspiration and connection.

We started with a Cambodian dancing open ceremony and had panel speakers from Seattle and Minneapolis to learn about businesses and entrepreneurs. The event allowed us to discover and engage with numerous nonprofit organizations and businesses at their booths.

We also had the privilege of showcasing our booth, where we shared information about our organization and engaged in wonderful conversations with fellow attendees.

This is just a glimpse of the incredible day we had. Stay tuned for more exciting events and collaborations on the horizon!
